Is the speaker compatible with all devices?

Yes, the speaker works with any device that supports Bluetooth, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and more.

How do I charge the speaker?

You can charge the speaker using the included USB cable. Simply plug it into any USB port or wall adapter.

Is it waterproof?

The speaker is water-resistant, making it perfect for outdoor use, but we recommend keeping it away from heavy water exposure like full submersion.

How loud is the speaker?

Despite its small size, it delivers surprisingly powerful and clear sound that’s great for both indoor and outdoor use.

Can I use it for calls?

Yes, the speaker has a built-in microphone, so you can use it for hands-free calling when connected to your phone.

How portable is it really?

Very! It’s lightweight, compact, and fits easily into your bag or pocket—perfect for travel, hikes, or even just chilling at home.

Single Speaker Operation:

1. Long-press the power key until you hear the voice indicate “Ding Dong”.

2. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth, search for “Mini Speaker" and pair.

3. Once connected, place the Speaker on the surface of any hollow object to play.

4. Short-press the function key to play or pause.

Double Speaker Stereo Operation (TWS):

Turn on both speakers in same time, 3–5 seconds, the speakers can pair each other automatically.

Call Function:

1. Short-press the power key to answer/hang up; Long press to reject the call

Charging:

The charging cable can be used with regular USB 5V charger, Car USB charger, but it is not compatible with fast charger, especially with 9V 12V and other chargers whose output voltage is higher than 5Voltage.

LED Indicator:

When charging, the red LED will be lighted. Once charged, the red LED will be off. When Bluetooth mode turned on, and the LED blue light will blink. Once paired/connected, the blue light will always be on.

FM Function:

1. Short-press the Power button to switch from Bluetooth mode to FM mode

2. Long-press the Function button, switch FM channels automatically.

3. Channel selection by double click of the play button (Suggested to use FM function outdoors, plug in USB cable as well to amplify the FM signal)

Delivery takes 10 to 20 business days, rarely longer depending on the customer location.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
